New Home Construction - We recommend phase inspections. Typically, two to four inspections. Please call for pricing to protect your investment.

Residential Resale Home Inspections - Generally the average home inspection will take 2.5 to 3 hours to complete. We will provide you with a detailed computer generated report along with digital photographs. Also we include a complete list of any maintenance items, which may be needed in the near future.

New Home Warranty Inspections - 18% of recently built homes have deficiencies, 21% have roof installation problems, 19% have soil preparation problems, 15% siding installation and 12% window problems. Would you know what to look for? Roof framing? Settlement cracks? Typical or Structural?

Percentage Completion Inspections - Many lending institutions find these helpful in providing due diligence for their investors. All work is documented prior to a payment being made.

Commercial Resale Inspections - Qualified inspectors are able to provide investors with a comprehensive list of immediate and term repairs, assisting the investor in creating a reserve study for their acquisitions.
